Rachael leads The SR Group in Europe and has worked in specialist finance recruitment since 2007, with a particular focus on treasury. She has an outstanding reputation within the executive search market, in which she has an excellent track record of success. She places individuals from an extensive network of senior finance professionals across major corporates, smaller listed and private equity backed companies, banks and financial services institutions. 

As the go-to executive search partner for some of the most senior moves in tax, treasury and senior finance, Rachael Crocker delivers exceptional shortlists by combining deep market insight, a powerful network and precision headhunting.

She also leads Belong – our internal DEI initiative – and founded the Belong Amsterdam network – a vibrant community committed to driving workplace inclusion.
