Darren joined The SR Group in 2010 as Global Partner for Frazer Jones, responsible for the growth of the brand in the UK and internationally. Darren continued to deliver executive search until very recently focusing primarily on senior HR positions within FMCG, technology, media and private equity. Having sat on The SR Group’s board for the last five years and with the support of Frazer Jones partners globally, he built Frazer Jones to the leading global HR recruitment business. In 2021 Darren became group Chief Operating Officer with responsibility for global operations including technology, HR, marketing and commercial management.
