Andrea joined The SR Group in 2025 as the global leader for business development, go-to-market (GTM) strategy and sales excellence at The SR Group.
As part of the executive committee, Andrea has responsibility for ensuring we maximise every client opportunity around the world to the full, growing brand presence in key markets, and creating a scalable growth engine for the firm. She leads a centre of excellence for business development, GTM strategy and sales excellence across The SR Group’s brands and geographies.
Originally from New York, Andrea has lived and worked in the UK, Singapore and the US over the past 20 years. With a background in recruitment and executive search, Andrea has a substantive track record in the enterprise SaaS space, including 8 years at LinkedIn. She holds a BA from New York University and an MBA from Manchester Business School.
