Mathew is responsible for driving key client relationships across UK and Ireland in the global recruitment solutions team. He develops and implements tailored global recruitment and talent solutions in partnership with key clients and strategically leads all business development and client relationship management activities across the region. Before joining the business, Mathew began his career in recruitment in 2010 and has established and grown a niche recruitment business across multiple sectors and geographies.
