Lara leads our global people and development team at The SR Group, comprising our talent acquisition, HR and learning and development functions. Together they are responsible for driving our people agenda through the attraction, recruitment and development of great talent globally. The team leads a number of key employee engagement initiatives underpinned by our company values and diversity, equity and inclusion framework. Lara has a particular passion for driving performance through the pursuit of better wellbeing and more mindful ways of working through our commitment to the mindful business charter.
