After qualifying as a barrister in 1996, Julian moved into legal recruitment in 1997, focusing on the recruitment of lawyers into in-house positions. He worked for one of Taylor Root’s main competitors before joining Taylor Root’s London office in 2003 to further develop our in-house legal division. He now sits on the Group’s mainboard and has responsibility for all legal, permanent and interim recruitment across private practice, in-house and compliance.
