The role of the Recruitment Consultant is varied and challenging and you will be working within a highly commercial and driven environment. Successful recruiters combine natural sales skills with a range of personal qualities that include empathy, drive, resilience, competitiveness and passion.There are many demands on your time and you need to be able to work on multiple tasks, and to juggle many competing client and candidate needs. At the same time you have to ensure that you remain focused on delivering a high quality service and that you work as part of a team.
The focus of our Graduate Development Programme reflects the dynamic nature of the recruitment role whilst simultaneously providing you with a ‘kit bag’, which will enable you to manage and develop your own career within The SR Group.
To achieve this balance it is essential to have an understanding of the Recruitment Consultant’s day-to-day job, and of the underlying knowledge, skills, behaviour and experience which enables him or her to be successful.
