The Programme

Our programme, which initially runs for six months, has three distinct phases.

The first two months comprise an introduction to The SR Group and the recruitment industry.

The next two months provide insight into our specific operating markets both by discipline and geographical region, as well as introducing elements of sales and some core SR Group values around team work.

The final two months introduce practical aspects of a consultant’s day-to-day responsibility as a fee-earner within The SR Group, plus practical training around interview techniques and client relationships.

If you are successful in completing our training scheme, you will join a team of consultants and begin your career within recruitment. Successful graduates have gone on to work in a number of our national offices as well as in our Hong Kong and Sydney offices.
