The SR Group brands Brewer Morris, Carter Murray, Frazer Jones, SR Search and Taylor Root are working towards breaking down the barriers and changing the behaviour, practice and processes in recruiting disabled talent, through becoming Clear Assured
Our Clear Assured self assessment creates a report providing a framework for knowledge development and action planning to support compliance with the Equality Act 2010.
Anthony Davies, Client Services Director at The SR Group says; "The SR Group has a proactive approach to equality & diversity both internally and as part of our candidate recruitment methodologies. Promoting inclusive recruitment practices is of paramount importance to us and we also recognise how imperative this is to our clients in fulfilling their talent requirements. As part of our ongoing commitment to equality, diversity and becoming a more inclusive recruiter, we are delighted that we are now working towards attaining Clear Assured status with all of our specialist brands, having initially started the journey with Frazer Jones."
Kate Headley, Director of Consulting for The Clear Company adds;
"We are thrilled that the SR Group recognise the value that the Clear Assured journey has offered Frazer Jones and have chosen to implement Clear Assured across the whole of the SR Group. Making the commitment to remove barriers that could be preventing disabled people from being employed is to be applauded, but SR Group are going beyond commitment and taking positive steps to measure and adapt their recruitment practices to be more inclusive. The Clear Company are committed to fully supporting The SR Group, as they implement change, and work towards 'Proud to be Clear Assured' status. We look forward to sharing their experiences and case studies with our community as they progress."
We look forward to announcing our Clear Assured status in the coming months.
